The NCCWHS is scheduled for October 8-10, 2026, in Asheville, North Carolina. Exhibitors and attendees planning to make the trip are encouraged to make their hotel reservations soon.

Blocks of rooms are available at the Clarion Inn at (828) 684-1213 and the Fairfield Inn at (828) 684-1144. Please note that neither hotel allows pets.

This year’s NCCWHS will once again be a Triple Points Riders Cup Show, giving exhibitors the opportunity to earn triple Riders Cup points throughout the three-day event.

Also new this year is an opportunity for barns to earn bonus prize money. Barns exhibiting 10 or more entries in the ring on any given night will receive $100 in bonus prize money. Barns that meet the 10-entry threshold all three nights will receive an additional $200, bringing their total bonus prize money to $500.
